broadcastinColourandnotBlack&White.
•If you are installing a new aerial, we recommend
a wideband rooftop aerial rather than a loft aerial.
Loft aerials generally receive a weaker digital signal
and are more likely to get interference from other
electricalequipment in the home.We suggest you
have an aerial survey done before getting an aerial
upgrade. Talk to your retailer or contact your local
aerial installer.
•Check the location of the antenna and adjust it if
necessary.
• Makesuretheantennacableisrmlyconnected.
• Makesureallinputcablesarermlyconnected.
•It happens sometimes, if you have a weak signal.
Usually it just means you’ll need to rescan your digi-
talboxorTV.Don’tworry,iteasytodo.Andonce
you’vedoneit,youshouldgetalltheFreeviewchan-
nels available to you. If problems persist you may
need to get your aerial checked. Talk to your retailer
or contact your local aerial installer.
•In most cases, blocking is caused by a reception
problem - either the signal is too weak or there is

frontwards.
• Anon-validdischasbeeninserted.Theunitanddisc
region number are incompatible.
• Condensationmayhaveformedinsidetheunitdue
toasuddenchangeintemperature.Waitaboutan
hour for it to clear and try again.

videooutput resolution such as 480p, 576p, 720p,
1080ior1080pandtoaudiooutputtype‘PCM’.To
do this you may need to watch the picture from the
sourceequipmentwiththescartorAVinputofthe
TV,oronanotherTV.
•ReplacetheHDMIcablewithabetterone.BadHDMI
cable or very long cable (>2m) can cause data lost.
